DroneDAA ("we", "our", "the app") is operated by CAVU CONSULTING LLC. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
Account information (optional). If you sign in with Apple, we receive your Apple user identifier and, at your discretion, your email address or an Apple relay email.
Purchase records. When you make an In-App Purchase, we record the product, transaction identifier, purchase date, and expiration date.
Device location (optional). The app may request your location to center the map on your position and calculate proximity alerts. Location data is processed on-device only — it is never transmitted to our servers, stored remotely, or shared with third parties.
Usage analytics. We do not currently collect analytics, crash reports, or usage telemetry.
Account data and purchase records are stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Vercel's infrastructure in the United States. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS).
Purchase records are retained for the duration of your entitlement period plus 90 days for audit purposes. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing us. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
